I, Margaret Jane Boring, of Pine Township, County of Indiana and State of Penna, being of sound mind, memory and understanding,
do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1. I give and bequeath unto my son William J. Boring all my household and Kkitchen furniture also 3 cows, 6 sheep and all
other live stock that may be remaining at the time of my death To have and to hold forever.
2. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Adaline Rodkey wife of John Rodkey one bed & bedding and one inlarged Picture of her
Father Gabriel Boring.
3. I direct that my executor hereinafter named shall collecat all my dower interest due and owing to me from my Husbands
Estate, same being unpaid since time of his death, now 22 years past. I direct that the said Executor shall apply
the said dower interest so collected, or so mutch as may be necessary to Paying my Funeral Expenses.
4. any ballence remaining after such funeral expenses be fully paid I give and bequeath same to my said son William J. Boring.
I do hereby make, constitute and appoint my said son William J. Boring to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof, I, Margaret J. Boring, the testatrix above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
the 15th day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred Thirteen.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Margaret Jane Boring as and for her last Will and Testament
in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at her request as witnesses thereto in the presence of the
said Testat and of each other.

Before me, J. Clair Longwill, Register for the Probate of Wills, and granting Letters of Administration in and for
said county, personally appeared Lizzie Troxell and W. H. Troxell subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of
writing, purporting to be the last Will and testament of Margaret Jane Boring, late of Pine Twp. in the County of Indiana,
deceased who being sworn according to law, depose and say they were personally present and saw and heard the said testator sign ,
seal and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for her last Will and Testament and that they signed their
names as witnesses to said instrument of writing in the presence of said testator and at her requests, and in the presence
of each other, and at the time of the signing the same she the said testator was of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and that as they shall answer to God at the Great Day.

I, William J. Boring do swear by Almighty God, the searcher of all hearts, that as Executor of the estate of Margaret Jane Boring
late of Pine Twp. deceased will well and truly administer the goods, chattels, rights and credits of said deceased according to Law,
and also that I will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relative to collateral
inheritances, and that as I shall answer to God at the Great Day.
