In the name of God amen; I , John P. BORING of said County and State aforesaid, being of sound mind and memory, knowing that I
must shortly depart this life, deem it right and proper both as respects my family and myself, that I shall make a disposition of
what property a kind providence has blessed me with; do therefore make this my last Will and Testament annulling and revoking all
others heretofore made by me.
Item, 1st - I desire and direct that my body be buried in decent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstances
and conditions in life, my soul I trust shall return to God who gave it.
Item, 2nd - I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Narcissa R. BORING her bedding and room furnished set and Five Hundred
Dollars which is to be paid her out of my Estate; said amount is to be her part in lieu of dower; and the further sum of One
Hundred Dollars for a years support.
Item, 3rd - I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid as soon as practicable.
Item, 4th - I desire that the balance of my property be sold at either public or private sale as my Executor may think best,
and divided equally between my lawful heirs, viz: Louell C. DEAN, J. H. BORING, Savill BENSONS (deceased) part to go to her two
children viz: Bertha and Donna Jean BENSON, David M. BORING, James R. BORING, Mrs. Maud GASKINS and her children and Alma J.
PERKINSON share and share alike, deduction such amounts as had been advanced or previously paid to any of the heirs so as to
make them equal share and share alike.
I desire that the part going to Maud GASKINS be under her special control for herself and children for their benefit and her own.
I desire that the part going to Bertha and Donna Jean BENSON be placed in the hands of a Trustee to be kept for them
till they become of age or marry; and then to be paid to them.
