We Thomas Boring & Geo W. Boring do swear by the Almighty God, the Searcher of all Hearts, that as
Administrators of the Estate of John Boring, dec'd We will well and truly administer the goods and chattels,
rights and credits of deceased, according to law, and also that We will diligently and faithfully regard and well
and truly comply with the provisions of the law relative to collateral inheritances, and that as We shall answer to
God at the Great Day.
Sworn and subscribed this 27 day of June A.D. 1871.

Where as my late husband John Boring died intestate and ????????? the right of administration of the Estate did belong
Nancy C Boring "Widow???" and "?"elie"?" of the said decsed and now known that "?"en draws good causes and consideration me
the said Nancy I now released and "heonly" do release all my right and title to the Administration of the Said Estate.

Indiana County, Pa. Be it remembered that on the 27th day of June A.D. 1871, Letters of Administration in
common form was granted to Thomas Boring and George Boring upon the Estate of John Boring, late of Green Twp.,
Deceased. (Nancy C. Boring, Widow of said deceased having renounced her right). They having first given bonds to the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the sum of one thousand dollars, conditioned according to law with John Sheifer and
Jacob S. Conner as security.
Same day Administrator sworn according to law.
