I John Boring of the County and State afforesaid being of perfect sound mind and disposing memory and calling to mind the uncertainty of Life do hereby make my last will and testament revoking all other wills heretofore made by me.

Item 1st I resign my body to the grave and my soul unto the hands of a gracious God in hope of a Glorious ressurection and everlasting life

Item 2nd I desire that all my Just debts be discharged

Item 3rd I leave and bequeath unto my beloved wife Sarah Boring all the lands pertaining to the settlement where I now reside (viz) nos. 412-391-390-367 and Fractions nos. 43-44-and 45 including the plantation & appertancnces together with all my stock of Horses Hogs Cattle and Sheep with all the slaves I may dispossed of but now George Billy Mary and her three children Lucinda Caroline Charles and Amy Harriett Millessa and her child Martha Jane during the term of her natural life also all the household and Kitchen Furniture with the mills and farming utenseals of every description with a discretion in her my said wife Sarah Boring and my executors hereinafter named to sell any of the personal or real property above specified or ? to the highest bidder at pulick outcry at any time they may think proper & but adopted to the interest of Legates

Item 4th at the decease of my wife Sarah Boring I leave and bequeath to my children hereinafter named an equal dividend of all the property specified in the above and third item or the proceeds thereof to wit James Boring Isaac Boring Jesse Boring Martha Brown Thomas Boring Sarah Lester and Asenth Smith having regard to the property already given & for which receipts notes and accounts may be found a mongue my papers

Item 5th all the residue of my estate real and personal to wit Four forty acre lots nos. 12-310-387-440 of Land in the first section & first district of originaly Cherokee but now Forsyth County and no 1170 or the lot I drew in the second district and fourth section of Cherokee but now Paulding County and half of no 5th in the south half of the thirteenth district first section originaly Cherokee but now Lumpkin County I leave and bequeath to my children under the same rule & proportion by which those several Legacies are herein sijulated? and that my son Jesse Boring have one cow & calf or the value of them in Money and that my executors do proceed to sell and dispose of the said Lands as soon as it may be thought by them to be most expidient and conducive to the interest of the respective Legatees to the highest bidder at public outcry or by private sale as they my executors may think but and that and that distribution of the proceed therof may be made I do hereby appoint James Boring & Thomas Boring my Lawful Executors to this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 26th day of Feburary 1839 Sealed signed and acknowledged in the presents of
