Will of James Boring

I James Boring of the county of Washington and Territory of the United States South of the River Ohio ........Memory Blessed be God do on this fourteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred Ninety five; Make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in Manner and form as followeth that is to say: First of all I Recommend my Spirit to all Mighty God Who gave it and my Body to be Buried in a plain and Desent Manner and Soon as convenecey Will permit; my funeral Expences and all My just debts to be paid; first I give and Bequath unto my Son William Bouring one hundred acurs of Land being the part of the Land by me purched Which I Now Live on and possess to him his heirs and assigns forever ..... as it is Laid off and Marked by James Stuart, Esquire; Item. I give and Bequeth unto my son John Dowson Bouring one shilling to him his hairs and assines forever. Item. I give and bequeth unto my son Absolom Boring one hundred and fifty acurs of Land to his hairs and assines as above. Item. I give and bequeth to my son Channey Boring one hundred and fifty acers of Land Including the whole Improvement by me made to him his heirs and assigns forever as is Marked and Surveyed by the said James Stuart as above. Item. I give and bequath to my son James Boring one hundred acors of Land to him his heirs and assigns forever as above Marked; Item. I give and bequath unto my Daughter Rachel Price Wife of Mordecai Price her heirs and assigns fifty one acors of Land to her,her heirs be adjoining the Land of the said Mordecai Price marked as above. Item. I give and bequath unto my Daughter Abroilla More fifty acors of Land to her, her hairs and assigns forever marked as above. Item. I give and Bequath to my Daughter Temperance Boring fifty acers of Land to her, her hairs and assigns forever marked above. Item. I give and bequath to my Daughter Martha Ball fifty acars of Land to her, her heirs and assigns forever Marked as above. Item. I give and bequath to my Daughter Frances Downing fifty acers of Land to her her heirs and assigns forever as marked as above. Item. It is my Will and pleasure that Sarah my Wife shall have full and free Prevelige of the Mansion hous Wherein I now Live or any other that may Built before my Decease During her Natural Life and also of the houshold furniture With Sufficent Mantinance of the Place hereto fore Dismised unto my son Chaney Boring and at the Decease of Sarah my Wife all the said houshold furniture unto my son Chaney Boring his heirs and assigns forever...and Last of all I allow that all my funeral charges and Lawfull Debts shall be first paid out of my persinal Estate and all Debts due to me and any other matters Either by contrack or Bargan I do give and bequath to my son Chaney Boring his hairs and assigns forever... and I do hereby apoint my son Chaney Boring Wholy and Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament by me made before this Date in Witness Whereof I have hear unto set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of October one thousand seven hundred and Ninty five Signed sealed and Deliv. in presence of us...............
