Will of Hester "Anderson" Boring

I, Hester A. Boring, of the city of Johnstown, County of Cambria and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound disposing mind and memory, and considering the certainty of life, and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs while I have strength and capacity, do make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me heretofore made.

And First, I direct that my hereinafter named executor pay off all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as he can conveniently do so.

FIRST- I give and bequeath unto Ward Irvin Boring, the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, to be held in trust for him by Abraham J. Boring, This sum to be invested at interest by the said Abraham J. Boring until such time as it shall be needed for the education of said Ward Irvin Boring, when the principal sum with all accrued interest shall be applied by the said Abraham J. Boring to his education.

SECOND- I give and bequeath unto my son, Bertram W. Boring, his heirs and assigns, the sum of One Dollar.

THIRD- I give and bequeath to my son, Herbert, his heirs and assigns, the sum of One Dollar.

FOURTH- I give and bequeath to my son, Rudolph, his heirs and assigns, the sum of One Dollar.

FIFTH- I give and devise unto my beloved husband, Abraham J. Boring, his heirs and assigns, all my real estate situate, lying and being in the seventeenth ward, City of Johnstown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania, fronting forty feer at # 663 and # 665 Park avenue, having property of John Nau on one side and property of D. H. Davies on other side.

SIXTH- I give and bequeath to my beloved husband, Abraham J. Boring, his heirs and assigns, all the residue of my personal estate wheresoever it may be found.

I hereby constitute and appoint my husband, Abraham J. Boring, sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Hester A. Boring, the Testatrix, have to this, my Will, contained on two sheets of paper, set my hand and seal, this 15th day of December, A.D. 1908.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Hester A. Boring, as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at her request as witnesses thereto, in the presence of the testatrix, and of each other.
