In the Name of God Amen I, Gabriel boring of the Township of Pine in the County of Indiana State of Pennsylvania being in sound
mind do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in Manner and form as follows.
First} It is my will that my funeral expenses is no more than neccessary to inter me respectably according to the custom
of the community in which I live.
Second} It is my will that all my just debts be fully paid out of my Chattel property or otherwise.
Third} I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret J. in leiu of her dowry, the farm on which "Ive" live situate
in the township aforesaid and containing Eighty-Three acres more or less During her natural life, and all the live Stock, Horses,
Cattle, Sheep, Swine & "??" by me now Owned and Kept "thereons (?)"- also all the household and kitchen Furniture and Other Itemes
Not peticularly named and Other Wise by me disposed of in this Will during her said life. She However first disposing of a
Sufficiancy if necessary to pay my Just debts as aforesaid and at the death of my said wife all the property hereby devised or
Bequeathed to her as aforesaid of so much thereof as may then be or remain unexpended I give unto my Four Children John ?, William J,
Mary Ellen and Mary Adaline thire Heirs assigns administrates and Executes forever.
Forth} I is also My will that there Shall be on team of Span of Two Horses Kept of my Chattel property for the "running (?)" of
before mentioned Farm.
Fifth} It is also My Will that My Beloved Wife Margaret again marries after my death. That the Before mentioned Bequeathed
property shall then immediately Revert to my Four Children Before mentioned in the Third Item, of this My last Will and Testament.
Sixth} It is also My Will that My Oldest Son John ? Shall have for his portion (After My Wifes Marriage or decease) What
is Called My Old Homestead on Which I now live Containing 26 acres more or less - he paying in proportion, to my Daughters Mary E
and Mary A. a proportionate Sum in Money to a Cash Valuation of the 1/4 of the Above Mentioned 51 acres More or less.
Seventh} I give and devise to my youngest Son William J. Waht I Aenominate or Call My "loron (?)" place Containing 25 Acres More or
less with the Express understanding that if the Cash Valuation Valuation raises over the 1/4 in Value of all My Real Estate
and Chattel property Then it is my Will that My Son William J will pay Out to one of my Daughters to the amount of making an 1/4
Equal Division of the whole amt of My Property.
Eighth} It is also My Will that at the Decease or Marriage of My Beloved Wife that at that time there Shall be three Men
chosen disinterested as to the Valuation of My Estate to Appraise my property and then the Valuation to be divided in 4 Equal
parts - The Sons Keeping the land and paying the Daughters the 1/4 Value,
And Last} I hereby Constitute and Appoint My Said Wife Margaret to be the Executrix of this my last will and testament
and ratifying and Confirming This and No Other to be my last will and testament.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this first (1st) Day of April 1885
