Know All Men by these Presents,
That I, Cyrus E. Boring of the County of Nodaway, State of Missouri being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this,
my Last Will and Testament, in manner and following:
I Give, Devise Bequeath my estate and property, real and personal, as follows, that is to say; I desire that all my property of
whatever kind real or personal shall go to my wife Mary Jane Boring during her lifetime, she to have the proceeds from the land and
the direct benefit from any and all personal property so long as she shall live, at her death I desire that the land shall be divied
as herewith directed, I devise to Myrtle Rebecca Johnston, the West half of the North-east quarter of Section Twelve, Township
Sixty-two Range Thirty-eight, Holt County, Missouri.
I devise to L. Murrel Suttle, The East half of the North-east quarter of Section Twelve, Township Sixty-two, Range Thirty-eight,
Holt County, Mo.
I devise to Cyrus A.Boring, The North-west fourth of the North-east quarter of Section Ten, Township Sixty-four,
Range Thirty-seven, Nodaway County, Missouri.
I devise to Frank R. Boring, The South half of the North-east quarter, and the north-east quarter of the north-east quarter of
Section Ten, and the South half of the north-west quarter, and the north-east fourth of the north-west Quarter of Section Eleven,
Township Sixty-four Range Thirty-seven, Nodaway County, Missouri.
I devise to Jennie May Ackerman the north half of the South-east quarter of Section Ten, Township Sixty-four Range
Thirty-seven, on condition that she can not sell said described land during the life of her husband, Lou Ackerman..
I devise to Editha Annetta Boring, heir to Cyrus A. Boring, for her use and ***** The North-west fourth of the North-west
quarter of Section Eleven, Township Sixty-two, Range Thirty-seven, Nodaway County, Mo.
It is the intention of the above disposition of land to convey title to them and their heirs, using the word devise, meaning
also "of inheritance".
I bequeath to Myrtle Nellie Jane Hamilton, as heir of Stella B. Miller our deceased daughter, One Hundred Dollars,
I bequeath to Charles Homer Miller, as heir of Stella B. Miller our deceased daughter, Twenty-five dollars,
I desire that these last named bequeaths shall be paid at my death.
I further desire that all my just debts shall be paid as spedially as possible after my death, out of any money that may be on
hand or in bank or banks, and if no such ******** to meet said just debts I desire that enough personal property be sold and
disposed to raise sufficient funds to meet said obligations if any.
I further desire and request that Frank R. Boring shall cause to be built at his own expense within a reasonable time a dwelling
house on the land given to Jennie May and in a location suitable to to her recommendation and for her use, said house to cost not
less that five hundred dollars nor more than six hundred dollars.
I further desire and demand, that any one or more than one of the heirs hereto sha****** legal objections to this my last will,
through the courts of our land, that such **** heirs shall forfeit to the remaining heirs who have received land as their
portion *****Ninety percent of the amount of their share received, whether it be in money or other property.
And last I hereby constitute and appoint Mary Jane Boring and Frank R. Boring to be the executors of this, my last will and
testament, revoking and annulling all other wills by me made, and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will
and testament, they to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this the 8th day of October, A.D. 1915.

At Quitman, Nodaway County Missouri, on this the 8 day of October, 1915, the above named Cyrus E. Boring signed and sealed
this instrument, and published and declared that *** as and for his last will; and we, in his presence, and at his request,
and in the presences of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

Be it remembered that on this11th day of March A.D. 1918 before me, the undersigned, Clerk of the Probate Court within and
for said County and State, personally came H.C. Bailey, who being first by me duly sworn on his oath says: that he was well
acquainted with Cyrus E. Boring, in his lifetime, and saw him subscribe his name to the annexed instrument, bearing date the
8th day of October, 1915 and heard him declare the same to be his Last Will and Testament; He subscribed his name thereto as a
witness, in the presence and at the request of the said testator, and at the time of the execution of said instrument as aforesaid,
and of his subscribing the ****** such witness that he, the said testator, was of sound and disposing mind, to the best of his
knowledge and belief, and over the age of 18 years.

day of March A.D. 1918

acquainted with Cyrus E. Boring, in his lifetime, and saw him subscribe his name to the annexed instrument, bearing date the 8th
day of October, 1915 and heard him declare the same to be his Last Will and Testament; He subscribed his name thereto as a witness,

instrument of writing, ***** by Cyrus E. Boring, and purporting to the the Last Will and testament of Cyrus G. Boring,
deceased, and having heard the testamony of H.C. Bailey and W.H. Davenport, two of the subscribing witnesses thereto, in
relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said instrument of writing to be the Last Will and Testament of
Cyrus E. Boring, deceased,
In Witness Where, I have set my hand and affixed my seal of the Court, at office in the City of Maryville,
this 12th day of March A.D. 1918.
