IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN. I, Abraham J. Boring, of the Borough of Southmont, County of Cambria and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of this life, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills heretofore made by me.

ITEM 1 I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be by my hereinafter named execurot fully paid as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.

ITEM 2 I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Jennie Boring, the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($2500.00) DOLLARS.

ITEM 3 All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever the same may be situate at the time of my decease, I give, devise and bequeath the same as follows - Pne-third (1/3) to my son, Bert W. Boring; one-third (1/3) to the son, Rudolph J. Boring, and the remaining one-third (1/3) thereof to be equally divided between my two sons, Herbert A. Boring, and Ward E. Boring, their heirs and assigns forever.

LASTLY - I name, constitute and appoint my son, Bert W. Boring, to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, I, Abraham J. Boring, have hereunto set my hand and seal th this my Last Will and Testament.
