| Virgil W. Boring | Mr. Virgil W. Boring, 94, died Friday April 28, 2000 in a local care center. Mr. Boring was born in Marion, Indiana, was a charter member of Berea Baptist Church, and is a current member of Faith Baptist Church. He loved gardening, was a master painter and enjoyed listening to his son play old time gospel music on the organ. Mr. Boring is survived by his son, David Boring; and a nephew; Robert Ridgeway of Kissimmee, FL. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 4, 2000 in the chapel of PEEPLES FUNERAL HOME, 2220 Soutel Dr., near Lem Turner Rd., with The Rev. J. Crozier Inman, officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday, May 3, 2000 at the funeral home. | |
